INTER, a driving force in Tokyo’s next-generation techno scene that has continued to spark new movements, celebrates its 4th anniversary.

Headlining the anniversary are SHINICHI OSAWA, a longtime architect of Japan’s electronic music scene who has produced and remixed for some of the world’s leading artists under various aliases, and DJ EMMA, the “KING OF HOUSE” who has been at the forefront of Japan’s dance music scene for over 40 years. For this special night, DJ EMMA steps away from his usual HOUSE SET to deliver a rare TECHNO SET. A former resident of the legendary club GOLD and the artist behind the iconic EMMA HOUSE series, DJ EMMA has left an indelible mark on Japanese club culture. Expect a unique opportunity to hear what kind of TECHNO he brings to the INTER dancefloor.

Also on 2F are INTER residents SHANNON BROTHERS, named by US media outlet LA WEEKLY as one of 15 next-generation creators to watch, while ANNE FUTAGAMI opens the floor. With a wide-ranging career that includes appearances with MONDO GROSSO and at FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL, she is currently also active as guitarist for the multinational band ALI.

On 4F, INTER collaborates for the first time with SONDER, the house music party led by CAPTAIN 25 and AKIRA ARASAWA, known for curating artists from Japan and abroad through its distinctive musical perspective. Joining them are HannaH, whose presence continues to grow on Tokyo dancefloors with a sound rooted in House and Tech House; SAKURA, organizer of AMAPINIGHT, whose sets move across Amapiano, Afro, and beyond; and LIN, a DJ, model, and actress with Japanese and Polish roots. Bringing a different approach from INTER, they transform 4F into the world of SONDER.

On 1F, a new generation of Tokyo artists takes over. Leading the floor are MUSCLE ∞ BROTHERS, a hard techno B2B unit formed by two brothers whose presence has rapidly grown, including an appearance at outdoor festival Re:birth in 2026. They are joined by STRATAH × YURI VALEN, emerging with their edgy sound; KUNPEI × SHIHAL, both making their presence felt across a wide range of scenes; ANJU × MITSUWOW, moving across diverse genres with Psytrance at their core; and LOGICBEAT × VINCENT FAVARD. Each pair delivers a special collaborative set created exclusively for this night.

VJ BIG BABY and Lighting MORIYA bring sound, visuals, and light together, transforming the entire WOMB into one immersive experience. For four years, INTER has pursued not a single genre or generation, but the sound of the present moment. Across three floors, Techno, House, Psytrance, and the spaces between them intersect. Legends who helped shape Japanese dance music meet a new generation carrying the scene forward.
