【3-EVET PASS】CABARET RECORDINGS 10TH ANNIVERSARY

Cabaret Recordings, a Berlin-based label organized by dj masda and So Inagawa, celebrates its 10th anniversary in 2023. To commemorate this event, an anniversary party will be held at WOMB for three consecutive months.

Every weekend, dj masda is invited to DJ somewhere in the world, and he continues to make a name for himself at high-profile festivals such as Houghton Festival, Dimension Festival, and Glastonbury Festival. The updates from the floor and encounters with artists who have naturally developed friendships there seem to have formed Cabaret Recordings.

Looking back at the minimal house/techno derived scene of the past decade and looking at the current scene, we feel that it has developed in a complex and colorful way, incorporating elements of UK tech house, electro, breakbeats, and even italo house and body music. Cabaret Recordings has been a driving force in the scene by picking up the hottest talent (sometimes before they even get noticed) and maintaining its own unique line of music that dares to be off the center of the scene. Releasing singles and albums at a rate of two to five per year, the company will release number 35 this year, its anniversary year.

Guests for this anniversary event include some of the most talented DJs that dj masda has worked with in his career since moving to Europe.
On Oct 14th(Sat), Binh, who used to perform at Cabaret parties in Tokyo and is a trusted organizer of the Time Passage label, will be welcomed, and on Nov 3rd(Fri), Nicolas Lutz, who organizes My Own Jupiter and propagated Uruguay's dense techno scene worldwide, will perform. On December 1st(Fri), Evan Baggs, who has honed his career in Berlin and New York and has been praised alongside Binh and Nicolas Lutz, and Mr. Ho, the master of Klasse Wrecks from Hong Kong, who is also played heavily by dj masda, will be joined. Also, So Inagawa will perform a rare live set and Takashi Himeoka will present a DJ set.

In addition, a limited number of 3-event passes(only 100) will be sold for all three parties this time. All of them are sure to be extravaganzas with special DJs, so don't miss this opportunity to come to all three parties.
