06S, WOMB’s longest-running resident party and one of Asia’s leading drum & bass parties, celebrates its 25th anniversary after a quarter-century at the forefront of the scene.

Marking this milestone is FRICTION, one of the artists who has played 06S numerous times and had a major influence on its journey, as well as one of the most respected DJ/producers in drum & bass.

Founder of the renowned Shogun Audio and Elevate Records, FRICTION has remained at the forefront of the scene for decades, including six years as host of the BBC Radio 1 Drum & Bass Show. A headliner at some of the biggest drum & bass festivals, he has also performed at world-renowned festivals including Glastonbury, Tomorrowland, and EDC Las Vegas.

Widely recognized across the scene for his exceptional DJ skills, FRICTION is also a name that has long commanded deep respect in Japan. Now, after eight years, he finally returns to WOMB with his skills sharper than ever—a performance not to be missed.
